3J33 High Strength and High Elasticity Alloy Maraging Steel Round Bar
3J33 is a low carbon and high nickel type ultra high strength maraging steel. The properties of the alloy are further improved by adding rare earth cerium. The initial martensitic transformation temperature of the alloy is above room temperature. When the solid solution is cooled to room temperature, the austenite transforms directly into martensite. Through martensitic transformation and precipitation analysis during aging treatment, the alloys have two effects of strengthening phase, and obtain high mechanical properties. The low carbon martensite in the solid solution state has good plasticity and can be processed with large cold plastic strain. Although the cold work hardening rate is low, the mechanical properties of the alloy after aging can be significantly improved by cold strain before aging, and the plasticity does not decrease.

Advantages
3J33 alloy has high strength, high elastic limit, high energy storage ratio, low internal friction, good toughness, fatigue resistance, stress corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and good thermal stability and processing performance. The alloy has strong magnetism and poor corrosion resistance.
Applications
High strength and high elastic alloy is an important structural material for Aeronautics industry. In recent years, due to the improvement of composition and performance, more and more elastic components have been used, which has become an indispensable part of elastic materials. Semi-austenitic age-hardening stainless steel is mainly used to manufacture spring, diaphragm, diaphragm and other elastic components, but also for the manufacture of low-temperature or low-temperature valves and gaskets, containers, pipes and other aviation structures. In addition, it can be used for flexible gyroscopes to manufacture flexible joints.
3J33 alloy is also used for making aeronautical structural parts such as pressure vessels, shells, bolts, aircraft landing gear and so on. It is mainly used to make high impact and fatigue resistance elastic sensitive elements, such as spiral joint, diaphragm box, diaphragm, spring, torsion bar and so on, which require good elastic linear relationship under high stress.
