1J38 Magnetic temperature compensation Soft Magnetic Alloy
At present, a large number of applied alloys with high magnetic induction values and high Curie points are simple FeNi binary alloys, and the Ni content fluctuates from 30% to 33%. For example, such as the 1J30,1J31 and 1J32 alloys, this alloy is sensitive to Ni content, so Cr elements are added to reduce the sensitivity to Ni content (such as 1J38), but therefore, the magnetic induction value is also reduced.
1J38 Magnetic Temperature Compensation Alloy is a low Curie temperature (25℃ ~200℃) alloy, the obviously feature is that below the Curie temperature, the magnetic sense value decreases sharply with the temperature rise, and almost to be a linear relationship.
The main features and applications:
Magnetic temperature compensation soft magnetic alloy, in the ambient temperature range, the Magnetic induction strength changes dramatically with the temperature changing, the alloy is used to manufacture the magnetic division compensation components in the electromagnetic circuit and the permanent magnetic circuit, etc
1J38 is Iron-nickel-chromium alloy contains about Cr13%, the large chromium reduces the Curie temperature and magnetic induction strength of the 1J38 alloy, at the same time that improved
the resistivity and hardness of the alloy.
The Curie and magnetic temperature properties of the alloy are less sensitive to component fluctuations than Iron-nickel binary alloy, which are easy to control and have no low temperature irreversibility. Its working temperature range is-40~60℃, which is mainly used for scale meters and automotive instrument components.
