GH747 is a  Precipitation hardened Iron-nickel-chromium-based High Temperaturealloy used in a solid solution state with a long-term operating temperature of 1100~1250 °C, Short-time use temperature up to  1300 °C . GH747 have high strength and good tissue stability, with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and GH2747 also have good welding properties and can be welded by various processes. The main forms we could supply are rod, plate, pipe, wire and forging.

Applications

Used to making high-temperature antioxidant components in aviation and space engine combustion chambers, It is also used to make various industrial furnace rollers, drives, thermocouple casing and other heat-resistant parts. Especially suitable for petrochemical, nuclear energy, metallurgy and other fields with high-temperature antioxidant devices.

GH747 antioxidant property:

GH747 has a lower material cost than the same type of high temperature alloy, based on increasing the chromium content to improve Aluminum content and add the micro rare earth elements to greatly improve the oxidation resistance of the alloy at 1000℃ -1300℃
