Non Magnetic GH4080A GH80A Nickel-Chromium Alloy Hot-Rolled Rod
GH4080A GH80A is a wrought, age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy, strengthened by additions of titanium, aluminum and carbon, developed for service at temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F). It is produced by high-frequency melting and casting in air for forms to be extruded. Electroslag refined material is used for forms to be forged. Vacuum refined versions are also available. GH4080A GH80A is currently used for gas turbine components (blades, rings and discs), bolts, nuclear boiler tube supports, die casting inserts and cores, and for automobile exhaust valves.

Forms of supply
Hot-Rolled rods,hot-forged rods, cold-drawn rods, hexagonal rods, ring parts, hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, cold-rolled strip and various non-standard forgings.
Heat treatment process
The stamping forming of sheet and strip requires intermediate vacuum annealing after each forming with 1060 °C ± 10 °C,10min, argon fan cooling. The final heat treatment of the parts is timeliness in a vacuum furnace with 750 °C ± 10 °C,4h, argon fan cooling. For local machining hardening of the blade after consolidation (before limitation), argon or hydrogen protection surface annealing shall be performed according to the specified requirements with an annealing temperature of 1070 °C~1090 °C.
