Iron-nickel Soft Magnetic Alloy 1J85
Iron-nickel Soft Magnetic Alloy is the most widely used, the most variety and specifications of soft magnetic alloys, the dosage is second only to silicon steel sheet and electrical pure iron.
Compared to other soft magnetic alloys, Iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy have high magnetic conductivity and low coercivity at low magnetic fields. And such alloys also have good rust prevention ability and processing performance, which can be made into the size and shape very precise components.
Iron-nickel alloy has higher resistivity than pure iron and silicon steel sheets and is easily rolled into thin bands for high frequency use.
The saturated magnetic induction strength and Curie temperature of such alloys are higher than Iron-oxide soft magnetic materials, so they are used in air and other electronic industries to make electronic components with high sensitivity, precision size, small volume, low high frequency loss, good time and temperature stability, and special functions. It is widely used in telecommunications, instrument, electronic computer, telemetry, remote control and other systems.
