Su Zhou XUNSHI  New Material Co Ltd  can provide cost-effective Stainless Steel UNS S31673 for surgical implants for domestic and foreign customers, and the stainless steel UNS S31673 can be produced in accordance with the national standard 4234.1-2017,American standard  ASTM F138 or ISO5832-1 and other relevant specifications.

 

316LVM(low carbo, vacuum melted),  is an electro-slag remelted (ESR) or vacuum arc remelted (VAR), low carbon, high nickel and molybdenum version of 316 stainless, which is considered to be  a reasonable choice for surgical implants.

 

The chemical requirements for surgical implant UNS S31673 stainless steel are documented in ASTM F 138 and ISO 5832-1 specifications. A similar analysis of stainless steel is also available as ASTM A276 commercial quality alloy with different composition limits and microstructure features when compared to implant quality.
