Illium 8 Nickel Base Alloy With Corrosion And Bite Resistance
ILLIUM 8 alloy is a corrosion resisting nickel-base alloy designed to operate in contact with stainless
steel without galling or seizing.
It is a nickel based, corrosion-resistant, non-galling or seizing material. The ASTM designation is A494 Grade CY5SnBiM (UNS N26055) and the material is listed in the 3-A sanitary standards as acceptable for product contact surfaces
